The Northwestern Richardson Beautification (NRB), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, was created by the JJ Pearce HOA as a standalone entity that services the JJ Pearce HOA Park. The JJ Pearce HOA Park is recognized by the IRS as a nonprofit organization, is recognized by the City of Richardson (COR) as a community beneficial pocket park
The Northwestern Richardson Beautification (NRB), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, was created by the JJ Pearce HOA as a standalone entity that services the JJ Pearce HOA Park. The JJ Pearce HOA Park is recognized by the IRS as a nonprofit organization, is recognized by the City of Richardson (COR) as a community beneficial pocket park and is recognized by the Richardson ISD as a community partner. The park land is owned by the Richardson ISD. The NRB has a usage contract with the RISD stating as long as the NRB maintains and improves the park, the contract will be renewed every two years.
